does anyone know how to go about contacting niantic about a stop/gym that is unreachable?

there’s one at the hospital someone i know is at, and you can’t take cell phones anymore. so the same 2 pokemon have been stuck at this gym for a loooong ass time, because no one can reach it to knock them out or take it over?
